Visa Requirement for Pilot Training

1. 1The Philippine-based air-flight training school should be authorized or accredited by the Bureau of Immigration to accept foreign students.
2. 2A letter of confirmation has to be received by the Philippine Embassy / Consulate, sent directly either by fax or email by the air-flight training school.
3. 3The letter of confirmation should contain student details and course details.
4. 4Proof of initial payment duly received by the Philippine-based air-flight training school.
5. 5A copy of the bank transfer made by the student of an amount not less than US$ 7,000.
6. 6Certification Letter from the Civil Aviation Authority of the Government of Nepal.
7. 7Police clearance.
8. 8Bank balances of parents / guardian along with the latest statement, with a minimum of NRs. 250,000.00 or equivalent to US$ 3,000.
9. 9Visa application form filled up with one passport-size photo.
10. 10Confirmed flight schedule.
11. 11Visa fee NRs. 3,410 (deposit at Standard Chartered Bank, any branch).
12. 12Original passport.
